Q: What volunteer positions do you have open?
A: We offer ongoing opportunities in various areas, including:
Community health outreach
HIV and SRHR education
Maternal and child health
Research and data collection
Media, storytelling, and digital communication
Fundraising and project development

Q: For how long would I volunteer?
A: Volunteer placements are flexible. We recommend a minimum of one month, but many volunteers stay for 3–12 months. Short-term or project-based volunteering (e.g., events, school campaigns) may also be available.
Q: Do I need any particular qualifications?
A: It depends on the role:
Health volunteers (nurses, doctors, midwives) must have professional training.
Students and non-clinical volunteers are also welcome, especially in education, media, IT, public health, or youth engagement.
All volunteers must demonstrate cultural sensitivity, humility, and a strong work ethic.
Q: Where will I be working?
A: Volunteers are based in our head office in Monduli, with regular field activities in Simanjiro, Longido, and other surrounding communities.
Q: Is there any compensation?
A: Volunteer positions are unpaid.
Q: Where will I stay?
A: AYMO assists volunteers in finding safe and affordable accommodation near project areas. In some cases, shared volunteer housing may be available.
